BAS Kadima

Kadima (Grades 5th - 8th)

What is Kadima and what type of activities do Kadimaniks participate in?

Kadima is the international youth organization for Jewish pre-teens. Kadimaniks participate in all sorts of activities within their chapters, such as games, sports, Israel advocacy programs, and social action projects.

In EPA specifically, Kadimaniks may attend Quad Regional Encampment at Camp Ramah in the Poconos, and there is also an annual Kadima Kallah.

How old do I have to be to join Kadima?

Kadima is open to children in grades 5-8.

Why should I join Kadima?

Kadima is a great program to join because it gives you the opportunity to expand your Jewish horizons at a young age. Kadima will teach you how to become a leader in your community, teach you so much about Judaism, other Jewish people your age, and also yourself. Plus, Kadima is FUN!!

How can I join?

You can find an application here! Make sure to mark that your region is EPA.

*Please note that there is overlap between USY and Kadima in the 8th Grade.
